MicroPulser Electroporator - BioRad

The MicroPulser Electroporator stands out as a straightforward yet highly adaptable tool designed for the efficient transformation of bacteria, yeast, and other microorganisms. This instrument significantly outperforms traditional chemical methods in terms of transformation efficiency. Its user-friendly design features a single-button pulse delivery system, a built-in cuvette chamber, and rapid charge times, making it ideal for fast-paced sample processing. With preset, optimized programs for various bacteria and fungi, the MicroPulser simplifies program selection, while its Arc Quenching (ARQ) system minimizes arcing to protect valuable samples. It offers a broad range of manual settings for fine-tuning, including voltage adjustments from 200 to 3,000 V with 10 V precision and pulse width settings from 1.0 to 4.0 ms with 0.1 ms precision. The high-voltage capability supports improved efficiency in larger cuvettes, and the compact, space-saving design includes audible and visible indicators for pulse delivery, along with real-time display of time constants and actual voltage to ensure reproducibility.
